It really depends on what I'm cooking, flax seeds are very useful but a lot of the time I use 'No egg' powder, also banana is a good for a binder when making sweet things like cakes or pancakes.

Um, just follow the directions? It's not very hard to read a recipe and do what it says. Making your own recipe is a little different, and some people do some things better, but if you have a recipe, making a decent meal should not be difficult.

I can't cook at all. I even fail at pasta and fried eggs.

Sometimes cooking is fun and sometimes it's tedious. I used to follow recipes exactly. Now I tend to review different ones and distill them into my own variation. A few exceptional results that I can remember were a roast turkey, paella, and a chocolate ganache cake.

My irreparable mistakes were usually related to salt or leaving out a crucial ingredient like baking soda.

I have a deep love for pasta. I enjoy making pasta dishes like Feta cheese with cherry tomatoes and rotini. Cooking up some tomato sauce and cracking a few eggs in there is also really good for eating with bread.

I love cooking, but I much prefer baking.

I made a chocolate lava cake for my mum's birthday about 4 months ago. It was one of my better desserts. Food wise, I'd have to say my chicken Alfredo always comes out really nicely?

I love to grill. I'm an okay cook for a guy but not a master chef by any means. My gf is truly amazing at it and between the two of we're collaborating on a cookbook together that we eventually hope we can get published.

"Men do it quick, Women do it right - A couples guide to the kitchen" is the title and we'll have an "easy" recipe and a gourmet fancy recipe for each meal and have fun little excerpts.

Im not so good at cooking so I just use the microwave. GO MICROWAVE GO. Anyways I like baking better even though im not really good at that either. I remeber in my cooking class me and my partner were making cookies and we put them in the oven later we found a bowl of flour and we are like what is this for so my partner threw it in the garbage not sure why he did that exactly. Anyways are cookies did not look so good.
