Greatest: Making a sweet omlet.
Worst: Accidently flipping it the wrong way, followed by making scrambled eggs.

Made a mozzarella/italian sausage/bolognese sauce lasagna last Christmas eve and it was spectacular.

Cooking something special is definitely a treat, not a chore.

I cook daily because otherwise I'll die.

Cooking is my second favorite hobby (eating being the first). The first thing I learned to cook was hot dogs and mac and cheese when I was 4 yrs old (never had a microwave til I was 12). If I have the ingredients and a cookbook I can make anything. The worst thing I ever made...there were a few mistakes. There was a few times I forgot about things in the oven, while napping (4th favorite hobby). But, the worst thing I ever made to date...applesauce pancakes. I experimented made noraml pancake batter. Added applesauce(homemade). Then cooked, tasted fine, but I had the runs for the next few days.

I would LOVE to cook... if only someone would teach me. Don't say watch Food Network, cause I do... but I'd rather learn from firsthand experiences

Ichiko's cooking failure

Check out Julia Child...we always watched that in cooking class. The teacher was a horrible instructor...never let a gym teacher instruct cooking classes, ever!! No, seriously, Julia Child videos help out a lot.

I enjoy cooking, though sometimes I don't have that much time to make anything too extravagant. As for masterpiece... Hmmm... I'd have to say it's this:

It's a Hiroshima-yaki. Thing was a pain to make, had to keep switching pans because I didn't have a griddle.. But it was soo worth it. It was awesome!!

Also, sometimes when I'm not lazy and have nothing better to do, I like to make pretty lunches..
