This is just me, but sometimes I just blurt or rather type out what I think at the moment when I chat or txt with someone, and just like earlier when a guy just randomly pops out on my Facebook page... I tried to be as polite as possible to answering him as he was asking about where my home is located and such... he was asking a lot of questions... like which part of the city I'm located... and then I replied if I can ask him a question and he agreed... so I said "why is he asking a lot of questions and that I mean no offence when I said I'm getting pretty creep-ed out and then he didn't reply...

I know I'm paranoid but I just can't help it and that's it.... was I wrong??

Basically, have you ever felt this way and you feel like you've wronged the other person by what you just said and you can't help feeling apprehensive since you don't know if he's angry or not... If you have offended or not...??

Uhh.. Seriously? That guy was an obvious rapist/paedophile/child molester if you haven't already noticed. If some random guy tries to know where you live and such I would be a little unnerved because the guy is obviously trying to rape you or something NOT be friends.
You're too easily gullible and you trust people too easy and in a way if something bad happens to you I think it's for the best because you clearly haven't learnt the lesson of not trusting strangers. Harsh I know.

Back on topic. Yeah it's happened to me but there's always a reason behind it. I only get paranoid when it's someone close to me.

So why do guys ask for numbers? OBVIOUSLY because they want to rape girls.
LOL the overreaction.. What's wrong with asking where people live? It's not like the person was asking for the exact address or something more specific like bra size or body stats.

The guy just probably want to befriend her. lol

Ontopic: I don't feel guilty when that happens. Can't handle me? Not my problem.

LOL! Yeah I know an over reaction but I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who starts a conversation on where I live and stop replying after I say "Why are you asking all these questions?". I don't think the answer will be 'Because my internet connection cut off'
But that's my own opinion!

No I feel guilty when I hang up on them.

If someone hangs up on me I'm just like "Ohhhh "

Well...At least it's better than feeling regret I guess...

I feel like I've said something wrong, stupid or weird when someone doesn't reply to me online. Not really guilty.

why should i feel guilty? they should apologize for hanging up on me.

I remember my friend hanged up on me one time, I just called her back and gave her a whole load of shit about her hanging up on me.

If they hang up on me, then they are the ones who should be feeling guilty.

I'll feel hurt if they did it intentionally, but if by accident that's understandable.

In your situation, I would've deleted for asking questions of my location, that sounds real creepy.

It depends on why they hung up.
Posted 8/25/11
Guilty? Hell no I'd ring them back and be like "You hung up on me you bastard!" *hangs up on them* Pshh! Rude!

Whatever I say I say remorselessly. People offended? Their baby feelings hurt? I'm sure it is much more mature to hang up instead of calling me out, or trying to change my attitude.

I don't care. They have an issue with me they take it up with me. I'm not going to play some pickup-that-subtle-hint shit. Because I can't, because I can't pick up on people's feelings and emotions. The only way for me to know? Saying it straight out. If tey still hang up then I don't know why I was even talking to them in the first place.

I don't feel guilty, I find it way more rude of them to hang up without a word, unless it's an obvious situation. Otherwise, I sit back on my couch, figure out why I was even having a conversation.

Nah, you have the right to ignore people... There is no law which requires you to reply to everything people say
