Hello,

I have the app on my DroidX (running android 2.3). I have flash installed on the phone and view flash movies through the browser, ect. But any time i attempt to play ANY video through the app I get a "Sorry, this video cannot be played" error. I was able to view them just fine before the 2.3 update. I have tired clearing the app's data, removing and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked.

Any ideas?

Does your phone have a stock ROM, stock rooted ROM or non-stock rooted ROM?

If you don't know what any of that means, you have a stock ROM.

Also, tell us which specific videos you were trying. I would suggest trying an older video as well as one of our latest releases. For example, Naruto Shippuden episode 1 and episode 227.

It's the Stock Gingerbread Rom Non Rooted v2.3.3. All Videos Fail. Does not matter how old. I tired the episodes you said.

Also i can open the browser and on the phone and navigate over to the site and can view videos that way, but the play back is slow and choppy.
