ALL OF THIS PLEASE
I'm a long time member of this site, so i'm no stranger to the site's fetish for ecchi anime series.
Though it's not my tastes, the site redeems itself for the vast variety of anime and dramas they offer.
So I've come to really like crunchyroll a lot. It's one of my main GO-TO sites for anything anime and dramas.
I'm also a subscriber to the newsletter which I appreciate because it gets me to come back to the site from time to time to check for anything new and interesting to watch or just news about anime in general.
However,
MUST you send out an email to my inbox titling it
R15: Porno for geniuses or something.
I mean wdf.
This isn't a complaint to uploading ecchi media to your site, it's your site and you can do whatever you want with it and continue uploading ecchi like you have been since the first time you opened.
However, you're really putting your subscribers in a dangerously bad spot.
I often check my email at school and because I know I don't subscribe to porno or anything and google filtering the spam being a plus, I know I can confidently look at my email and browse no matter whose there or whose watching me.
BUT today I go in my email and find
that in my inbox.
I was almost going to filter your newsletter as spam permanently
until I saw the name
Crunchyroll in bold letters next to the checkbox
(you have to check the checkbox near the sender name first before clicking spam/delete so of course you see it).
I mean really. I feel like I lost all trust in you guys.
I'm not gonna leave the site or anything (of course not).
But
if this happens a second time, I am forever unsubscribing to your emails.
I'm not trying to be mean or anything,
crunchyroll is a great site.
But you put your customers and subscribers in a bad situation sending stuff like this.
So please think this over to avoid future problems.
That's my feedback.
And thanks for reading.
