Kiba. He's under developed and annoyingly simple. And all he does is flippin' getsuga! He's so predictable it hurts.

Sakura and Ino (This is why I have so much respect for Tenten than them two cause she's only focus on her training, not chasing after guy like others)

Kabuto ( I just hate him)

Don't have a least favourite, I honestly can't think of any at all. I like all of the characters in their own individual ways.

I think it would be kiba for me and just him akamaru is a badass but kiba is so snotty and competitive with Naruto even though Naruto is so badass. I don't know kiba just gets on my nerves.

Uh, hello? Sasuke! We're never given any basis on which we can sympathise with him, just that he has had a sad childhood. Beyond that, is he really at all likeable or interesting? No, he's one-dimensional, self-absorbed and whiney, and his personality changes at the drop of the hat. The way he left the village at the end of part I felt like his character just did a huge 180. It would have been okay if he had been at least slightly regretful, with the mindset of 'I don't want to leave, but this is the only way', but nope! He doesn't even give a shit. He just says 'You guys are pussies, I'm off' to the people who were his friends and who cared about him very deeply. What a dick!
And don't even get me started on how he is in Shippuden. His character arc basically ended at Five Kage summit, with him being completely evil and brainwashed, and it's just been a complete mess since then. I sincerely hope he isn't going to become Hokage, because he bloody well hasn't earn't it.
If you want a good revenge plot-line, look at Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter. Similar situation, his clan has been murdered and his eyes glow red. However, with him, he still has a moral compass and sense of right and wrong. He values his friends highly and comes off as level-headed and generally fairly likeable. It is because of this that it is such a shame that he is so fixated on revenge, and we able to feel sorry for him when we see the negative effect of this grudge he holds. If there is never any level on which we can at least empathise with the character, then there is no tragedy in the path that they have chosen.
