Even though it has a limited number of items its fun to be creative with what they got. My first chapter didn't take me long and was mostly just to see what kind of stuff I can do and the result is satisfying.

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Indeed it is as dragoshi described. The word I keep in mind as I do things is that "illusions" must be a heavy focus. Here's a demonstration of one way you could do if if you want a little distance. If you create a scene even further zoomed in, you could better create the illusion of them wrapping their arms around each other.  Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Indeed that's require their still in-the-works 3D import feature or so later possible features, but for now you can potentially "fake" the effect to some degree with the color change tool.  I was going to wait until I have up to strip 5 finalized before showing anything (since I rather like its joke), but I've only managed to finalize 1-3 at this point, so I decided I'll make them public on the web now. I have strips #1-3 both in my CR photos area, and more significantly on DeviantArt. Here's the "cover" followed by the first strip. Note this "cover" was made entirely in ComiPo! minus the symbol in the top left. If that is so, then I suppose there is less of a need to be able to further add to a manga series submitted. Thus I'll continue my intention of waiting 'til I have yet more before submitting a batch. I know that Crunchyroll is an official distributor of ComiPo!, so I assume to keep the showcase gallery on "Crunchyroll", however, I think it would be great to include JManga in this. JManga's viewer seems like it would mix well with ComiPo! works. Plus it would give people more reason to spend time on JManga's site. |
