West Memphis Three Murders - Free from Prison

Finally they are free'd

I really believed in my heart that they were innocent I watched all the documentaries on it and i believe
that one of the murdered boys father did it, and the police payed off one of the memphis three too do the
guilty plead...

If you don't know much about the memphis three then just look it up or watch a video

its a really gruesome story..

I mean just because damian wore black and believed in wiccan all of them
believed he did it which is so wrong.

Jesse got all the times wrong before the confession, he didn't know what he was talking about
he made up a story after hours of interagation from the police...

Also they wanted Jason to testify against damian. So if he did they would give jason only a 5 year jail sentence.
He refused to do that, because he felt that he would have murdered damians life.

Now tell me, does that sound at all like they did it? it only took them 20 years to free these boys. For the love of god..

DNA is DNA. If the hair was not from any of the victims and wasn't from any of the convicted, it's a pretty good bet that someone else drowned the kids. The hair could've been from a parent just doing laundry too so it's hard to say conclusively that they are innocent.

Well maybe the releases will help keep the case going and have the others looked at again...unless they're dead.

I think that the three kids are innocent.

Mark Byers, the father of one of the victims, who was suspected and tried, seemed awfully suspicious.

He kept changing his excuses to accusations, such as when they found blood on his hunting knife that matched his and his son's. He initially said that the knife had never been used, but after they told him they had found blood on it, he said he used it once to cut deer meat. Then when they told him the blood matched his, he said he maybe cut his finger.

Another time is when they found a bite mark on his son's skin, and the teeth didn't match any of the 3 convicted suspects. Investigators suspected that the bite marks were left from Mark Byers, who had taken out his original teeth and gotten fake ones after the first trial, first claiming that they were knocked out in a fight, and then saying that one of his medical treatments had caused them to fall out.

Why would Mark Byers feel the need to constantly lie if he was innocent?
