If you need just one more anime convention to go to after the end of the convention season, there is Anime Blast Chattanooga! Anime Blast is the newest anime convention in the Scenic City and in Tennessee coming up on the weekend of the 4th of November in Chattanooga, TN!



Confirmed guests at Anime Blast include Todd Haberkorn (Fullmetal Alchemist's Ling; D. Gray Man's Allen Walker), Colleen Clinkenbeard (Fullmetal Alchemist's Riza Hawkeye; One Piece's Luffy), and musical guest My Parents Favorite Music. Anime Blast isn't complete without Artist Alley, Vendors, the AMV Contest, the Cosplay Fashion Show, and the Anime Blast Cosplay Contest. As the con draws closer, there will be more event updates, along with the final round of guest announcements. ^^

Pre-reg is ending soon! The deadline for our VIP membership is coming to an end in less than 2 days, which includes priority access to autograph lines and early access to the dealers room, and front row seating, along with an Anime Blast Chattanooga T-Shirt. The regular pre-registration rate of $30 for all 3-days is available until October 4th. At-the-door registration is available: $40 for a 3-day pass; $30 for 2 days; $20 for Saturday-only; $15 for Friday or Sunday.

Anime Blast is officially less than a month away, and with this post I bring new developments! Three new guests have been announced: voice actor and musician Eric Stuart (Pokemon's Brock and James; Yu-Gi-Oh's Seto Kaiba), professional cosplayer Jo Envel, and second musical guest, The Man Power!

Pre-registration has been extended until the day before the convention. VIP registration has been extended as well, but it ends in less than two days! Submissions for the AMV Contest has also been extended until November 1st. And those interested in the costume contest, the rules will be posted very soon!

The Anime Blast page on Facebook (@ http://www.facebook.com/AnimeBlast) has the latest information, so keep a look out for updates before it hits the site!
