usually it takes me 30 minutes to an hour depending on how much attention i'm actually paying to the pictures.

While it's been a long time since I read a physical copy of a manga, because I like to speed read/flip through the text, I could finish the standard 180-200+ tankoubon in 5-10 minutes.

It depends on the series. Like Death Note I took a lot of time because of all the text. Dragon Ball I go through the volumes pretty quickly because it doesn't have much dialogue.
In One Piece I take my time because it's that awesome! I need to savor every moment while reading One Piece.

it depends on the manga, shoujo manga, I think I can read 20 chapters in one hour.....but if the manga like death note, i think i will take long time to read it... one piece manga, i think i will take many years to read it..

Well I actually just finished naruto Volume 5, And I clocked it in about 22 minutes, cover to cover. I think it was a little over 100 Pages

for around 20 pages of a manga chapter i can read it in 5 minutes... ye im slow since i look at the art too

It depends, really. I've read entire volumes in less than half an hour, but others I have needed multiple sittings to read, taking me cumulatively over an hour to read.

I think it depends on the book in question, how much text there is, the formatting, and how much the book sucks you in. I remember being young and always disappointed that the new manga I bought was finished in less than half an hour on the same day I bought it. But back then I was REALLY into that stuff so... ja.
