It's said : "We're sorry. At this time, we don't support adding channels from the web for your region."

Help Please! I am trying to watch Frenemy on my ROKU but it will not load. I see it is available to all users by todays date but I can't access it. I never had this problem before. Any ideas? Thanks Pitzel

i'm having the same problem as Pitzel but with several other shows it will load the add play the ad & go back to the episode screen like the entire episode has played without playing anything but the add

The new Sailor Moon, episode 1, won't play on my Roku. (The stream starts playing just fine on my laptop, but bails out when I try to watch it on the Roku.) There was a Roku software update, I applied that and it rebooted, but still no luck with that one episode. Other CR streams are working fine.

Edit: of course it played just fine a few hours later.

If you have followed all the instructions on linking your Roku, try the following:

1. Restart your Roku (on most models this is done by powering it off for a few seconds and back on) and try again.

2. If the above doesn't work, try deleting the Crunchyroll app and re-installing it.

3. If it still fails to link, contact customer service (via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page).

That's not a big issue, just hold down [rewind] and you get back to the beginning pretty quick.
