Okay first off, I don't want this to turn into one of those discussions about SUB vs DUB. They both have their advantages, some like, some don't, whatever.

Now that that's out of the way here's my question.

Does anyone know why Adult Swim doesn't air the full endings? And of course by that I mean the actual ending song and the funny shorts that come right after it. I'm glad enough that I can go on Youtube and view the Arrancar encyclopedia and the like but it just got me wondering. Funny stuff usually goes on in the shorts and now I'm tempted to go back and watch them but 300+ episodes :S

In fact now that I think way way back, didn't they actually used to air them at first?

Anyway now I'm rambling but if any of you guys would happen to know why I'd very much appreciate it.

The more I think about it the more I think you're right.

Perhaps it's to save time? Then again, Adult Swim has done similar things before. I remember both the original and second Fullmetal Alchemist shows got their intro's and ending credits cut short.

Probably so they can show more commercials. They have to cut somewhere so they cut the ending rather than the actual content of the episode.
