I want to believe... But most probably CGI dragons is all we're gonna have (seriously wtf Deen, I know you have to censor stuff but CGI dragons? Really?). And the UBW movie was way too rushed, but I suppose that can't be helped when you gotta cram all 26 ep of stuff into a 120min movie. What I am really hoping for is a Ufotable adaptation of the third and final route of VN, Heaven's Feel. This seems quite plausible as the other Fate related stuff have sold quite well. |

Maybe they could do what DEEN did but better, take bits from the other two routes and merge them into the main route they planned on using or they could just compile bits of every route and make one story out of it. Not sure how they'd accomplish that though. As an example, when Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom was made they used different paths from the visual novel and created a great adaptation of it, so it can be done. Yes, I want to believe too but chances are slim. |

I think the best way to pull off a FSN adaption would be several movie adaptions. But I don't really know too much about FSN so it might not work out. Have say, 4 movies consisting of the similar paths and then in where the routes split, have a longer adaption for those. It might not work out with HF route since that is the most different route from what I read.
Or they could mix stuff in from each route for the main story and then make movies for each route. |

I want Type-Moon to make either a Heavenly Feel or Melty Blood series next.
or a Fate/Prototype. |

Episode 25 aka the Finale! ![]() Damn, I'm seriously going to miss this prequel and series. This is one of the reasons I enjoy Saturdays and ufotable created this series at its finest form with its visuals, soundtrack by the talented Yuki Kajiura, and spectacular battle scenes of some of our favorite servants. Now..the episode, some pictures: Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Great to see you-know-who from FSN and hearing the OP song one last time at the end. This has been an epic journey and a series that makes Saturday memorable and thus deserves a well-earned: 9/10 |

I definitely enjoyed the second half much more than the first half; the first half had lengthy dialogue which bored me at times but the second half cuts straight to the interesting stuff. Fate/Zero has flaws but those are more of adaption issues. I didn't find anything that made me feel that show isn't worthy of being what I rated it - Masterpiece*.
*A rewatch of the show is required because I'm honestly stuck between Excellent and Masterpiece. I gave it the latter grade because of the initial watch. Ufotable didn't disappoint much but the times it did it wasn't too fatal.. I've hopes that the BDs rectify some adaption changes and fully explained some things. The largest disappointments from my recollections were the fights in the penultimate episode; they could had been much better but since it was severely limited as a TV episode. They missed the point of the fight but some was fixed in the finale. My biggest complaint, actually a really minor complaint, is that they didn't show Shirley asking Kiritsugu the question. I had that scene imagined out in my head so well. The adaption downplayed the emotional aspect of the Kiritsugu's final words. Reused animation would had been much better. Seeing Kiritsugu Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide fall into despair really got my heartstrings moving. Alas, my apathy failed to make me appreciate it on a greater scale. His desperate attempts to find a living person, his desire to save people, demonstrated how he was a 'hero' despite all his deeds and ideology. I am very glad that Kiritsugu had a bad end because it really enhances what Fate/Stay Night is - despite DEEN's terrible adaption of the show. I can only hope for uoftable to readapt F/SN or animate the Heaven's Feel route. |

Ye, I'm also thinking about purchasing the BD version soon (hope it won't be too pricy) to check the extras and see more detailed information. I'm wondering what Type-Moon might also do next...as I'm always looking for their works. As quoted from a video comment I've found recently: Fate/Zero = To the Beginning Heavens's Feel = To the End Make it happen ufotable!! |

Hmm what are you guys talking about? Surely you all enjoyed the happy ending right?
Kiritsugu with his family again lived happily ever after, I'm sure that he got what he always wished for. And kariya too, after all his suffering he too got what he wanted: Heck even Gilgy and Ridah resolved their differences and went out drinking with Fuji-nee: ... ... ... |

Satisfying ending. While I'm not a big fan of the Fate franchise and was definitely annoyed for the most part of this series' run, I'm glad it was able to tie all the ends together.

I don't know...that's probably Gen Urobochi teasing us.
We will officially know if Heaven's Feel will get an anime on July 10th on the Type-Moon Festival. |

Combine parts from all Fate/Stay Night routes into 1 anime, obviously making sure it all flows smoothly and things of that nature. I wish it would happen.
