Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere

Plot Summary:

Set in a distant land, Japan is divided into feudal territories, yet conquered by outside countries, the city Musashi that will ignite the flame of battle is being targeted and has no choice but to keep its people safe by entering this war, with the fate of the world resting on its hands, the students of Musashi may hold the key to victory.

Regarding the first episode, I viewed it entirely in raw due to my impatience. The main characters aren't shown but from my understand, it involved a teacher and some students. Judging from the summary, these characters are in preparation for something... or they were having a lesson. Nonetheless, despite my lack of understanding the series, I found the first episode highly entertaining due to the huge casts of females and interesting "powers" that are within this show. The characters seem interesting and this show seems to have an interesting premise. Not much can be said as of now due to the lack of subs.

Seriously though has anyone seen this yet? Maybe someone who can understand elevenese and has watched the raw. Is it really as bad as people say? I was quite looking forward to this serious since MC has a really punchable face. Anyway I will give it a chance and watch one ep at least, expecting Infinite Stratos Mk II.

Meh, not watching raw. Maybe horrible subs? UTW is subbing Cube, which makes whatever negative statement about any other show this season pure hypocrisy.

I know right, I have now lost faith in fansubbing community...Seriously you don't need 5, Yes FIVE groups doing some generic tsundere shit. Honestly its not bloody difficult to understand the C3 routine:

Anyway, UTW rants aside, looks like I will have to wait for HS to rip the delayed-simulcast subs or something...

Fansubbers aren't subbing the show because they don't have knowledge about the Light Novels. From what I heard, the Light Novels themselves are about 700 pages each and are very thick books. The best thing to do is wait for rips of the legal sub but I think it still requires extensive knowledge of the original novel.



I find his optimism, according to character bios, to be something I might dislike. But from what I saw in the raw, he seems like a likeable character. His actions are hilarious too. There's an error in my initial impression since the main characters were shown but they didn't have a major appearance. Still ought to be interesting to learn about them.

Also, SUBS FUKKEN WHEN?!? Tommorrow... The wait is killing me.

I'm just watching it for the ladies... and some plot. I can't get enough of DAT PLOT. The female character designs are a bit ridiculous though - huge boobies on most of the females. Weird hair design too but not as weird as the ones from Shiki. The action wasn't superb but it proved to be something entertaining.

I am actually interested by this anime..fan-sub groups troll all the time although hmm.. I think doki might pick this up if not.. then eh.. I will wait and see. I don't have any money to watch the series right now and hulu is just eye-cancer .. dammit cr pick up the slack already.

In the old days they missed references all the time and most of them claim to not care about what we think so I wonder if that's really an excuse. GG claimed it was the tits, but they subbed Blue Exorcist and that was shonen-ai brainless fest. At least HS has the thing up there soon after the streaming, so it's not that bad.

Yes, I know they liked to be called trolls and act as such (they even do funny stuff now and then, like the opening for Sacred 7 once). There was no BL, but plenty of implications. Which makes it shonen-ai in my book.

Speaking of shounen ai, anyone think there will be any in "Horizon in the middle of nosubs"? Judging from the cast it seems to be harem, which is slightly strange since all Sunrise shows have had elements of homolust in them. I can take a bit of "implications" if the plot is good enough tough.

I got their stuff for C3 when it came out, I will never forget retarded lines such as "I whisper while I have my eyes opened and have my eyes closed"...Seriously what does that even mean? And its not trollsubs, they are just simply incompetent, a bit like Doki. If anyone cares about quality you might want to wait for the official release or HS later.

But DLing anyway, i've waited long enough for this.
