I've really liked this installment so far. It has had its ups and downs but I've been captivated nonetheless. Though I do think the new OP is kind of lame compared to the first one.

Starting this anime today since it's finished.

I hope I'll be impressed as much as previous 2 seasons.

Wait, what I....What?

Ok so I got the happy ending I wanted but nothing in the entire season made any sense! Everyone just fought like some sort of giant battle shounen and then suddenly its all love and peace? Is it just me or was the entire season pantsu-on-head retarded?

Still, ending was OK though, I just wish they didn't make such as mash-job out of everythingelse...

There was certainly a lot going on and they didn't do a great job by any means trying to juggle it and have any of it make sense. Nonetheless, a very satisfying end to a long journey.

Whoa! episode 11! Who ever thought events would turn out like this? Is that what I think it is?

Indeed it was.

Even with all the anime I have seen, this is a rare situation (e.g., involving a character that would not be a legal adult in Japan). The most immediate comparison that comes to mind is from Tsukihime. Once again, the female is blonde, and far older than she looks.

It is a nice change of pace from the typical anime. Honestly the sex scene gave the whole show a mature feeling to it, much like rumbling hearts.

The latest episode of Mirai Nikki also comes to mind, and I think both were underaged in that one, but yeah slowpoke.

Still, all the mindless fighting and lack of explanation for anything really put me off this season, but ending is OK though.

I was waiting for someone to post bout this anime. I was waiting for Crunchy to have this, but sadly enought, it look like they cant do it.

Any good sites I can find it?

first 2 seasons they are hit and miss to find. However if you are seeking Shakugan no Shana Final check out funimations site to watch for free. They have all but last episode for 3rd season which should be finished up this coming friday evening. I'm hoping shana knocks yuji's head off.

After watching the first 2 seasons, the OVA, and Movie, I have to say that this 3rd and final season of Shana was decent (although lacking a bit compared to the first season in my estimate).

Still though, it made up for the episode 11 scene and the superior OST. Sad that both The Familiar of Zero F*'s Louise and this series' Shana are over.

Still, this is one of my favorite series and deserves a well-rounded:

8/10

Is that a compliment?
