17-20 years old is where the average male's pubescent sex drive peaks. And that makes up a large portion of the demographic on crunchyroll. And in the anime community since there are so many anime about "perverts" and there is a lot of fanservice in anime it's become normal. So naturally, a normal person with a healthy sex drive is going to express it more in a community where it's not frowned upon, such as the anime community. Almost everyone is roughly the same in regards to their sex drive, it's just much more open here in anime land. Which I think is a healthy and overall good thing.

well most people are perverted somewhat, but you have to keep it under control. I'm not perverted with someone unless I think they are comfortable with me making such comments. you will meet plenty of people on the internet who seem very desperate for sexual attention and that is why their are so many perverts on the internet. plus being anonymous doesn't make people very shy.
guys in general are very perverted. I know you have seen a lot of anime with perverted guys looking up girls skirts and blah blah because guys are kinda always horny. there are so many anime made that way because that is how so many guys are. its like a fun world where girls don't care if guys are perverted. well at least they don't press sexual harassment charges.
I believe a lot of girls are too they just feel obligated to hide it more.
In anime perverted is cool. so on Crunchyroll perverted is going to be pretty well accepted.
