I'm trying really hard to like this show, but I'm just not feeling it. The killer is always too obvious, and I'm not liking this trend of the cops (or whatever sort of organization they're supposed to be) just covering up the truth. And I am still really WTF about Inga. I love little-boy Inga, but I am still squicked out by and don't understand his transforming thing.

I will keep watching for now - it's not like I hate the show or anything, it's just so bizarre. And I'm still trying to go easy on it because it's still so new. But if it keeps going on like it has been...then nope, I'm definitely not in this for the long haul.

I watched it and thought it was okay, and then everyone started fangirling over Inga. But until I see more than two episodes I'm not gonna say much about it.

The pacing of this show is terrible, the plot seems to be jumping all over the place but I guess it does all tie up in the end fairly well. If they just improved the pacing they could have made a great show...

Also who else really liked the ending? The part where the rocket fires off coupled with the music is soooo good.

Gonna give this a try now after reading a little here. Some people are comparing it to Gosick and of course find Gosick to be superior. I'm probably the only one who doesn't think Gosick is the best anime ever made, ever.

Anyways, I'll be back when I've watched the currently released episodes... maybe.

Gosick? I never thought Gosick at all watching this. It seems alright. It IS a detective anime, but set in some fictional future of Japan.

Yeah me too, I don't think of Gosick when watching this one.

The mystery aspect in this anime is very weak and is rushed. The only thing that makes me curious is INGA. What the Who the is this person ?What is this contract between them.

Although they have been revealing a little at a time but its not making sense at all.

So far, the episodic episodes have not been thought provoking* but they're interesting. With the studio beings BONES, I feel this is somewhat like Darker Than Black in a sense. Heck, even the MC looks a fair bit like Hei.

The show seems to be giving minor details or pieces of a puzzle for the viewers to glue together. The mysteries are lacking but they're still entertaining. Now.. The real mystery is the background story and the truth of the events that occurred 7 (or so) years ago. What happened to Shinjurou, who/what is Inga and what happened to Japan. Looking forward to the rest of the show. ED sounds delicious too.

*If you count theorizing what happened prior to the start of the show, then it is thought provoking.

I'm watching it for delicious Inga. It's nothing totally new and exciting and special, but hey Inga's a pretty cool shota.

Inga's a total mystery but I there's a chick in the OP who totally looks like her but is a brunette.

So.. Episode 4, well that introduces us to one of the 'girls' from the ED.

Honestly, there isn't much to talk about because this is the type of show that you sit back and enjoy... There's nothing to really speculate on. However, UN-GO establishes its setting interestingly. They mention why several things are banned, and the different policies formed. Very interesting setting.

Anyways, that doll part was a bit hot but weird.

Impressions:

Rushed story for first few episodes, changed paced at episode 3-4. (Positive Impression)
Mysteries aren't too hard, but this does seem to focus on why and not how. (Neutral Impression)
WTF?!?! LITTLE INGA IS A DUDE?!?! I THOUGHT THEY WERE BOTH CHICKS BASED ON THE CLOTHING! (Negative/WTF Impression)

Overall, I'll give this a little more time. Inga now just creeps me out knowing that it's a boy-to- overtly sexualized female who already made me uncomfortable.

At first I didnt like this show. The mysteries are pointedly obvious and half-assed. Inga is bizarre... its like they are trying to cater to both yaoi and hetero romance lovers. lol I also didnt like that Inga was basically a deus ex machina. "Ohai! I can solve the case, just let me use my magical power! *BAMF!* Chiii~~~ Case Closed!" lol

But after eps 3 and 4 I realized that the show isnt about solving the case, but about the how and why.

Also Kazamori's body is really cute.

Well, that was an interesting episodes, looks like an antagonistic character has been revealed.

Argh, I really like this show.

i am working on my review for the first six ep of the series, so far i am impressed despite some plot holes "how characters can show up in short amount of time"... I am still overall enjoying the series since it is unique/break away from the norm.
