I'm part Chinese, spanish and european but I look more Spanish than Asian.
(I only know to to pick up sushi and some other basic things)
I just wanted to know if every the other smaller Asian countries eat with chopsticks too o:

There could be other Asian countries that don't eat with chopsticks, but I have no knowledge in that. Though I do know that some Asian ethnicity do not eat with chopsticks.

I bet when we bombed Asia with western culture rather than nukes, just look at how far they have advanced in the past 150 years.

No, even within Japan. Since using chopsticks is a habit formed in childhood and isn't really a by-the-book task, there is room for error. As with any habit formed in childhood, you may unquestioningly do it one way for a large portion of your life, and only by chance gain formal knowledge about it latter on that shows you were doing it wrong.

Now, I'm only talking about doing it half-right. Using it incorrectly can still get food to your mouth, but might be more difficult with certain foods. As far as being unable to use them at all (in Japan (is the extent of my knowledge)), in this modern era, it may be increasingly common. If a family raises their children primarily on forks for ease of use, then the chance may not arise to learn chopsticks well.

I know of at least one example where anime addresses this topic: Lucky Star does a brief mention of this between two of the adult characters.

One of my best friends throughout high school was Chinese and a first generation American, and although he knew how to use chopsticks, he refused to use them outside of his home. I suppose it's all about how they were raised; I'm sure a first-generation American raised by parents that use chopsticks would almost definitely learn how to use them, but my guess is that anything beyond first-generation American would be more likely to be raised using flatware.
