I've no problems watching on PS3 though it does take a couple of minutes until it changes to HD.
But yea, I would really like to have Crunchy on Vita.

With the Xbox app done it's a matter of time I think. The Xbox app had more priority 60% or more vita owners have a ps3. That said I have a ps3 and I'm posting from my vita now. I would vastly perfer my vita for CR so someone please make this happen.
