To answer the OP directly, I would not find a real-life tsundere's behavior particularly attractive. That's just me, and just my opinion. I like tsundere anime characters as they do tend to keep things moving and exciting, stirring the pot, and their antics can be fun to watch. However, I'd prefer to be a spectator to that, and not part of the show (particularly on the receiving end).

Speaking more generally, I wouldn't say being a real-life tsundere is inherently a bad thing at all. If that's how you are, then so be it. If anime popularity demographics tells us anything, it seems there ought to be a segment of the population that in fact finds tsunderes to be especially attractive. However, everything has consequences. You can be true to yourself, but you can't expect everyone else to then love you for it (lest everyone else cease to be true to themselves, if one wants to view it that way). If one finds one's personality tends to drive others away, one will then have to decide whether it better to stick to one's guns despite the consequences, or to try and change one's self (which will have its own set of consequences).
