I was uniformed about about droping a CR membership.I didn't know it would cancel my sub post haste I paid for my sub on the 1st and canceled on the 2nd.I was charged and they stopped my sub I didn't want to loose my CR membership for the month I just wanted to stop them from charging me on the 1st next month!So I didn't overcharge my account!IHad to repay this months fee to get my account back so i could watch this month!The customer service here was so aweful they refused to turn my sub back on beware!I got charged twice for 1 month....

It actually does say on the FAQ page for premium membership that if you have less than 30 days on the subscription that it will be cancelled immediately and there are no refunds for partial subscriptions. Most companies don't usually send you a walk through on every aspect of your membership, but if you look at the FAQ pages you will typically find your answers.

Probably less "bad service" and more so "assuming what was going to happen without reading the terms".

I'm thinking they could've just turned my sub back on.It's not like I didn't pay for it.I joined over 5 years ago 2.things were cheaper and diffrent then.When u turn a it off your honetsly not thinking oh!I need to go read a FAQ about turning off my reacurring bill. I honestly just wanted CR this month and not to be charged on the 1st next month.I've read the faq now.They sent me a link to it.It would have been a good positive gesture if they had just turned it back on!Not so much with a run around in the end I paid twice as much!I'm a idiot ..lol

I do know now that with a small bit of hassle I can turn it off on the last day of the month and reup after the 1st.I still believe you should go the xtra mile for a customer specialy loyal ones like my self I've paid for along time over 5 years on time everytime:)

Here's the solution, PM Kippu and talk to her about your issue. It will probably go faster if you send a personal message.

Also, please work on your English grammar, it is horrible.

I'm not realy big on using perfect grammar.Sometimes I do sometimes I don't.I never spell check my posts.There are times when I do very
well with my english.On the internet its usualy very poor.Specialy when I'm angry I type faster then I should.I even took 10 key and typing classes and passed!After 16 years of being out of school my skills are getting rusty><I got my G.E.D and became a contractor.Then it
was arcade tech.I went to community college at 16.At the time none of the school in Arizona would take a 16 year old for college classes.
The off person being a perfect 10 which I'm not:)I speak spanish and japanese.Can't read Kanji though.I can read it in english letters.
Romanji is what I think they call it.You are correct my english in written form was horrible.I'm sorry please forgive me.I must've been out of my mind.I fixed my problem by dropping CR and picking it back up on the 5th.It cost me a extra $12.00.I just wanted the bill not to come in on the 1st of the month.I'm happy now that I fixed my problem:)If people want to change thier billing date its just a pain.I was fine with the 1st until my check started comming on the 5th.The response though from CR was slow.It took 3 hours for me to get a email to that faq.I got no response from my 1st post in the help forums.The post is still there unanswered.I'm glad they moved my post from general to feed back though.My stinking thinking lead me to believe I could post this there.I'm sorry:)Did you know I'm a scar covered idiot?~

For the record, we had refunded the purchase that was canceled since you contacted us and had already started a new subscription. So you were not charged extra.

Thank you!I'm realy greatful for your action. With most of my online stuff it's done on the phone and not on forums.Netflix and MMORPG's
were easier to handle.I just call em up and gripe.I'm not a person to say they love forums or even post in them often.It's worse then phone tag.TYVM again!
