my friend has a cousin who has tourettes i've never met him before but apparently he yells POOP out loud a lot.

Thaaaat...is quite strange. I guess that it's better than more, er, "Derogative" terms...

i know where you're coming from, TS sucks. fortunately i don't think i have it that bad, but it helps to just stay relaxed. that usually helps my tics.

Cool! Or, not so cool, but whatever. I would say that I'm glad to meet another person with TS, but that's kind of like walking into a hospital and talking about how cool it is being with others who have cancer...If, to a lesser degree.

I agree, staying calm is really important. That's why I hate doing anything that will "Over-exert" me, such as hardcore running or heavy work.
