Another type of contest Crunchyroll could run is a "spot the difference" kind of screencap comparison challenge. Present two screencaps, one real and one that's slightly altered, and have people check the episode to select the real one.

GL to everyone I've already sent mine in ^^ This will be a fun little test, and makes me wonder it says you get 5 seconds between getting the right answer but if you get it spot on does that give you a better chance i wonder. ether way its fun to try and find the Exact picture frame they got there. Was fun doing it
