People usually look at me funny during the first phase because they don't understand what's about to happen. Then comes to 2-4 gasps over 2-8 seconds, which will effect the magnitude of the sound and force. With varying sonic frequencies of "loud" to "AHHH!", I'm forced to sneeze under my shirt to block out some of the sound blast as well as preventing the spray from hitting everyone within a eight foot radius around me. The idea of sneezing into my hands or elbow is meaningless before my sneezes. The good news is that it mostly seems to be saliva, which I don't mind getting on myself.
