I have noticed with the latest Android version of the app that my viewing history is no longer being registered on the site.

Is this on purpose or a glitch.

I am running 0.5.3 on Android 3.1

It's a glitch but a new version will be out soon that fixes it. It will also add the ability to auto-resume where you left off which is nifty. No Queue yet though since we need to do a complete UI change which requires some things to be redone to properly support a new UI.

Auto-resume is definitely a welcome Addition. Look forward to it...

Thanks

With the reference to auto resume, does that mean when I play on the android app I have to go find the episode I was watching if I stop and want to come back? I found myself experimenting with this app with Naratu and he has 230 episodes and I wanted to start way early on the list

Auto-resume will only resume where you left off if you remember the episode, find it and play it. The Queue feature would work with auto-resume to show you the episode you left off at and start playing right where you left off in that episode.

So you would want a combination of both but I'm not sure when the Queue and new UI will be ready. Probably won't be ready for at least a month but it would make it very easy to keep track of everything even across multiple devices.

That will be a nice new years gift. For me focus on having something at the top that's "last played" and the app being less funky with network changes ( I think I'm between 4g and 3g areas and app didn't recognize the change and lost connection to the server and didn't get it back"

At my current app use I haven't yet needed to resume since I haven't tripped over a video longer than I can view. I'd just like it to count towards what I have watched.

Last previous update looks like resume works so now we just need the queue to show the last episode on the list. My pantech breakout phone shows there's new update but I just can't get it yet since the marketplace doesn't show the update button so maybe you worked faster than I type and its in there today.

Don't know if this still applies to this post but it seems bleach was having problems auto resuming on my android device with the new update and couldn't get back a connection. I ended up watching Naruto instead which played mostly without hicup. It seems like when it fails, my connection goes from 4g down to 3g ( can't remember if I had dropped below the 3G notification) Bleach kicked within first 30 <= seconds of play.

I was stationary with both attempts to view.

Only big thing is bleach was wide screen(720?) and Naruto was 480(bars left and right). Maybe Verizon limits?
