Favorite Pairings(s) from ANY medium

I did a search and couldn't find a topic like this, most were tied to a specific anime or drama. I decided to place it in general because it covers different types of media-but feel free to move it if there's a better place for it. Also, thought I did a search, feel free to lock if it's a duplicate and I simply overlooked it in the search,

Anyway, I don't often follow pairings, but I know others do in and out of the anime/drama fandoms and I'd love to hear them! Again, this goes for any medium-anime, TV shows, books, manga, anything you can think of! Can by cannon, non-cannon, yaoi, yuri, crack-whatever.

I'd like to know what your favorite parings are and WHY you like them together. It can be as simple as 'they look cute' or a more complex explanation about chemistry and whatnot. Pictures are not needed but recommended!

I'll start. I have only three pairings I truly follow/support:

(Image from the 1976 Polanski version-though I imagine them differently.) I'm not exactly sure what brought this on. I simply liked the play and when you read into it, you can see that they really love each other and have for years. (This may also have something to do with my book.) 2. LuckShipping (Pike Queen Lucy and Brock) from Pokémon. They are too cute for words! Lucy is one of the few girls who actually liked Brock back and for some reason, I can eaisly see them together. I think they would make a cute pair and have since I first saw the episode. 3. Nick Slade and Niamh Cranitch from BBC's Silk Is it just me or are they ADORABLE together? (It helps that Niamh is played by my girl, Natalie Dormer (Who, BTW, is sexy in a buisness suit)) They just look so right for each other, and I can see them together. They're both in the same position at chambers (they're barristers) and the competition only seems to add to the heat. And, I know he likes her. He kissed her in episode 3, and though no explanation was given, I can create my own. (It was that kiss that struck up the support for this pairing.)
