Another Year Older.
Posted 12/4/11
I get all confused when people ask me "How old are you?"
Like when I turn sixteen and three months later someone asks me-"So how old are you?"
I'd go like "Fif-Wait no, sixteen..."

I used to get excited when I was younger but now I'm indifferent.

It's kind of sad but having birthday only means I'll get some free stuff that I didn't buy from my parents.

Birthdays used to mean, family, friends and toys. Now it means eating out, presents and about an hour or so spent with parents.

I don't feel any different from other days. I like to celebrate my birthday, but that's because it's a day where all my friends and I are together, which is fun. Although birthdays don't mean much to me, I do get sad when people forget mine. >.<

Whenever you get another year older, do you get scared? Happy? Relieved?
I don't feel much of a difference really.

What do birthdays mean to you? Other than cake and presents.....
Party

What do you do every year for your birthday?
Go to a restaurant with my family and later party with friends.

It's just another day to me; I do nothing special on that day, except for maybe getting a cake. My birthday just has no meaning to me, other than adding a number to my years. I don't get scared, happy, or relieved; I just keep moving right along.

Regardless of how I feel about the day, there is always cake.

Well, I'm 17 right now so getting older is exciting... because with every year comes more privileges, and... well, kids just like feeling older (and more mature). I especially feel relieved when my birthday comes around because my birthday comes the latest out of all of my friends. Another year older doesn't mean another year wiser though... oh well, you only get to be young once I suppose. Every birthday is like another step closer to death.

1) No reaction, I'm just getting closer to death and survived for another year.

2) Nothing. Just another year I survived.

3) Stay in my room and stare at the computer for hours.

another year you "survived" must have been hard in your room staring at the computer eh?

I would have to say I fall in the core of all of those emotions. But, every day to me, is the same.

I will just wait until I see wrinkles appearing on my lovely and ravished skin.

What do you do every year for your birthday?

Nothing, I do what I do every single day.

I stopped celebrating a while ago. I'm nine-teen right now but my real birthday was when I was born. It's just another day to me now, but I'm still thankful for the people that msg/contact me Happy birthday.
