If you know hiragana sound system, then you KNOW how to pronounce Japanese words. Since Japanese words are spelled exactly the way it sounds and vice versa. If you know how to write it in hiragana on your keyboard, then you know how to say it.

But for a reference point here: http://www.digitaldialects.com/Japanese/Hiragana.htm

Click on the Hiragana to hear the sound. Some words was said too fast. and yes, some sounds are dropped. But for the most part, if you could write it, you could say it. In a sense, Japanese is MUCH easier than English.

Ohayou Gozaimasu. (Good morning) the "u" is dropped. In fact, whenever you see "su" the "u" is normally dropped.

So "suki," the Japanese word for like, usually sounds like "ski."

I hope that this helps for all of you who want to know how to pronounce Japanese words.
