I'm wondering when it will get added to the Barnes and Noble Nook app store, though. I have it on a rooted Nook with a stock kernel, and it runs just fine ~ it looks like its just a matter of getting signed on as a Nook developer and submitting the app. |

Probably unrelated but I was wondering, Is there a way to access CR on a device like the Sony Internet TV without Roku or a gaming console? I'd really appreciate it.

Ye actually it does have the queue tab but you only see it concede your signed in via CR app but it does pretty much keep me up to date with latest new anime realeases from jp so I cant complain
and even tho I have to wait a week before I can watch latest ep but I took the gauntlet of testing out the anime membership trial for two weeks it seems to be pretty neat. |

Badninja5557 wrote: Ye actually it does have the queue tab but you only see it concede your signed in via CR app I'm note sure what this means, "you only see it concede your signed in via CR". Are you saying the queue doesn't work as a queue if you are signed into a free membership? Anyway, to answer the original question, if there's a queue button there, its the most recent major version. There have been an ongoing series of minor versions, but if they were not aimed at the Android version that the Kindle uses, and not aimed at the Kindle hardware, `then there'd be no particular benefit in updating the version for the Kindle version at Amazon. So it would not be surprising if they only push the minor updates out to the Amazon store if its something that affects the Kindle. I think there is Google TV support, so if the Internet TV has Google TV support built in, that should work. There's also free ad-streaming via the 3rd party Flingo app on Vizio TV. Its a lot harder to find the Device page now ~ it used to be in the main banner link system, but now you have to look down in the fine print at the bottom of the web page, and even there its missing a link to the device page in general, so it would be easy to conclude that the device you are looking for is not supported. |

actually amazon doesn't offer the latest up to date version CR app which is version 0.6.5 current , i had to use a third party android market called 1mobile market to get it done and this market pawns AMZ because it not only gives you latest apps but also notifies you when there is a more or recent update for any third party app you have installed for instance hulu plus CR etc.. i said its pretty much similar to the new Google play app market you guys should give it a test and tell me if you like it here is the link >> http://mobile.brothersoft.com/1mobile-market-79873.html i say its better than amZ *hands down*
here is the official website to the app free download too give it a try! |

Will the app also work with the new Kindle Fire HD that is coming out soon? I only plan to buy one if it will work with the crunchyroll app.

I've had it side-loaded for a while, but my current one has glitched an all of the summer season shows. I will have to delete and re-install. Thanks!

Just out of curiosity, why is the Kindle Fire App so out of date? I have the updated version side-loaded, so it isn't a big issue, but it would be nice to get automatic updates and the correct icon and such.
