so any opening and ending artists announced for shows with a unklnown status if they will continue or not like gintama and beelzebub?

ANN just pointed this out:

At best, that means Gintama is changing time slots. At worst, it means it is going on hiatus again.

Space Bros is going to have 48+ episodes? O_o Hope its stays good to keep me coming around every week.

Ozuma has only 6 episodes what a shame this looks very good

Hopefully CR will get the new Saint Seiya series I loved The Lost Canvas very much.

Train Hero sounds interesting too bad there is no promo art or character designs for it.

Tsuritama and Hyouka CR has to get and I really hope they do.

Medaka Box is surely going to be on here since we get most TV Tokyo series.

Hmm, for some reason, the following 3 animes seems to be somewhat related the way I see them:

- Dusk Maiden of Amnesia
- Sankarea
- Hyuoka

All of them related to school, mystery, with possibly horror themes (although not on level with Another probably)

With Medaka Box added in there, that's 4 school life theme anime this Spring season hmm

it could go either way but im hoping they adapt just one arc before it goes on haitus again which should of actually started right after the last one now that i think about it so maybe it is going back on haitus.

There's no way it'll continue into the Spring season. It was obvious before, but now it's all but announced.

The real question now is whether Yorinuki Gintama-san or something similar will start up again. Yorinuki Gintama-san''s TV ratings were very good (they were actually higher than those of Gintama'), so I thought it was a certainty but now there's some doubt... But it did start up in a different timeslot than Gintama the first time around, so there's still a chance.

It appears it is finally official:

http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-03-07/new-lupin-iii-tv-anime-staff-cast-title-revealed

A new Lupin III television anime series will air starting on April 4 for the first time in 27 years. The new series, titled Lupin the Third ~Mine Fujiko to Iu Onna (Lupin III ~The Woman Called Fujiko Mine~), will air on NTV starting on April 4 at 1:29 a.m.

So Lupin's timeslot is 30 minutes after Chihayafuru's current one, which nothing has been confirmed to take. Interesting... Hopefully CR's relationship with NTV can continue.

I'm not sure if this a coincidence or not, but everytime CR news asks if people want a simulcast they always seem to appear here.

I'd try to watch the new Lupin III(TV) if Crunchyroll got it, and that would be another huge one for them. Given that it looks like Bleach is ending, Gintama is going on another hiatus(or ending) and Beezlebub's uncertain status, Crunchyroll will have to get more simulcasts than usual to stay competitive.

I feel confident that Crunchyroll will get at least 3 of the 5 that I want most(they already have 1 in the Nyarko-san one) and I think they'll get half of my Maybe list(although I can't rule out Funico doing their best to get 6 to 8 new simulcasts either).

Certainly this Spring has retro written all over it(Watanabe/Kanno teaming up to do an anime, Saint Seiya sequel, Lupin III tv anime, new Leiji Matsumoso(sp?) anime). I am certainly excitied to see how big my watchlist will become(there are 4 that are presently on it, as I am assuming Fate/Zero 2nd is going to be simulcast).

If they are going to give Chihayafuru another season, I wonder how close it will get to the end before they announce it. As long as nothing leaks from the production studio, they in theory wait until the week before, but I don't see much benefit to that.

That's an interesting observation about the CR new articles.

I hope Nico Nico isn't going to pass off their yet to start streaming of Haganai and Black Rock Shooter as simulcasts or part of their Spring 2012 lineup. The former was a Fall 2011 series that Funimation finished streaming some time ago, and the latter is already half way complete on niconico.jp.

Aside from those, everything they have will be ending with the start of the spring season, so they will have their work cut out matching their current number of simulcasts.

There's plenty of OP/ED artists for new series listed, but not many for ongoings yet. The only one of note would be that the new Naruto ED is by UNLIMITS.
