How many minutes does each episode of Ozuma consists of considering it's only 6 episodes?

It airs at midnight, so I assume it is a standard length series. I haven't seen any indication as of yet that it is a short form series. The synopsis also doesn't appear to lend itself to a short form series, especially with only 6 episodes:

In the far future, the elevated irradiation from the sun has destroyed the environment of the earth and the birthrate of humans has drastically decreased. The government controls society with an army of cloned soldiers called "Ideal Children (IC)". Sam Coin is a trader in a desert. One day, he saves a beautiful woman Maya, who has been chased by Theseus, a corps of IC. He shelters her in his trade ship, but the destroyers of Theseus surround Sam and Maya.

The timeslot for the first episode is 45 minutes long. but only 30 for the next 5 episodes. It will be aired weekly.

Only if deadman wonderland would be picked up again..... and air this spring T.T
If only the economy here in American wasn't so bad at that time the company wouldnt have shut down....
Deadman wonderland would prob have turned into a huge franchise, movies, games (omg! hell yes!) a sequel/expansion. It would be epic...

Just some notes on 2 shows:

Gakkatsu! (25 episodes)
Premiere: Tuesday, April 3, 2012 @ 9:55 PM
Studio: Fanworks
Network: NHK Seg 2
Comment: Episode count is per Fansub Wiki
Going by the official site it's a 5 minute per ep Flash series.

Ginga e Kickoff!! (12 episodes)
Premiere: Tuesday, April 3, 2012 @ 9:30 AM (see comment)
Studio: TYO Animations
Primary network: NHK-BS Premium
Comment: Both Fansub Wiki and Countdown originally listed this as premiering at the same time, but only Saturday April 7, but Fansub Wiki now also lists Tuesday, April 3 as the premiere date.
The official site also has the April 3 Premiere, so I don't believe the comment is necessary. I can't find a source saying it's 12 episodes either, to me it seems like a 25+ episode series.

I also believe that the preview airings should be mentioned for these 2 series, as they are TV broadcasts rather than event screenings.

Ozma will be streamed worldwide outside of Japan by a website few if any here on CR have probably ever heard of before:

Yeah I hadn't heard of that site before, but it has a Android app and I could see if I could follow that series. I wonder if Crunchyroll will get it later though.

EDIT: Crunchyroll is gonna stream it too:

CR is on fire so far with their simulcasts. Hopefully, it will only be a week to a week and a half until we hear another announcement.

I had to look up who had licensed the manga in America to know what you were refering to, but the troubles that Tokyopop were going through had very little to do with why the series did badly in home video sales in Japan. Now if Deadman Wonderland substantially increased sales of the manga put out by Kadokawa Shoten, then it probably did what it was planned to do for Kadokawa. I suppose since Manglobe(the animation studio) has yet to have a hit anime, Kadokawa was probably more focused on increasing manga sales(in Japan) and if the series managed to sell merchandise, then that is also a good thing in Kadokawa's eyes.

Well, at least the Strike Witches movie ought to make a profit for Kadokawa(since 2011 was not a good year for TV anime that Kadokawa had the rights to. See Nichijou(My Ordinary Life), R-15, Deadman Wonderland, Gosick. Another looks to continue the lousy home video sales streak for Kadokawa. I think their last TV anime hit was Strike Witches 2 unless I am missing something from the Fall season that was a hit for them.)

As far as America goes, Funimation has licensed the anime and will probably come out with it late this year to early next year and I suppose there is a chance for good sales in that. Viz Manga, Seven Seas or Yen Press could always license-rescue the manga here as well.

I wouldn't hold my breath for more Deadman Wonderland, especially when known mega-hits like the Haruhi series have no word about when their continuations as far as anime will happen. I suppose KyoAni's limit on projects it will take on is a factor as there is no word of when a new Haruhi anime will come out. I myself have to be patient for that. And for the record, I am doubtful that the new Kadokawa/KyoAni anime, Hyouka is going to do that much better than Gosick since mystery series don't sell well among the Japanese otaku(Horror most definitely doesn't).

I'll include that information in the next update, which I'll need to do soon, given that CR is going to start simulcasting Ozma tomorrow morning.

I may have listed the 12 episode count in error, as I have no citation for it, and neither Countdown or Fansub Wiki list that.

I'll add the info on the preview airings and note the official site also lists April 3 as the premiere date. I will be keeping the comment about what Countdown lists, however, given they are still listed as a source and anyone going there might see the different date.

Someone give a brief synopsis on Natsuiro Kiseki because I look it up in wiki and it wasn't there. Plus, I am too lazy to try to find it in other sites but I'll try.

I think this is an original anime with no manga/light novel/OVA/movie adaptation that spawned prior to its announcement to air in Spring. I guess the only way is to decipher from a trailer posted on ANN or recent CR news.

This anime looks sort of interesting tbh...

I think I can see where Countdown got their April 7 date from:

Unfortunately, Google Translate doesn't handle that, because it is a graphic. It also appears that the airing on April 3 is at 7:00 PM (the same time as the preview airings on 3/26-3/30), which would mean Fansub Wiki still has the air time incorrect.

The question is what is listed for April 7 at 9:30 (AM)? As the one for April 3 appears to be on NHK-BS Premium, like the preview airing, and reportedly the series is on the "core" NHK network, I assume those are the premiere dates for each network. If so, April 7 may still be considered the official premiere, as that is when everyone in Japan would be able to view is, not just subscribers to NHK's premium channel.

I also found ANN was listing April 7 at 9:30 AM for the premiere date back in January:

Something Interesting - Crunchyroll's stream of OZMA has an English version of the opening theme, while the TV broadcast version was in Japanese.
