As it turned out, when I finished the first part of my shift today, they let us know that due to capacity problems with the system that handles the phones, everyone due to report back between 1-5 PM is not to report until 6 PM, so.... Apparently, according to CR news:
Eyepatch alert! Torako's light novel with illustrations by Nozomi Ousaka, Chuunibyou de mo Koi ga Shitai! (something like, "Even in the throes of manic puberty I want to fall in love!"), is being made into an anime. It's a school romance comedy about Yuta Togashi, who says he has already had his too-cool-for-school/hipster know-it-all phase, and a girl who is in the middle of it. Puberty at its finest, plus a touch of the demonic supernatural thrown in for good measure. Volume 2 already debuted. Not sure if the anime series will debut in summer or winter of 2012 thou or what studio will take the production role. Also, Pan Tachibana's light novel with illustrations by Yoshiaki Katsurai, Dakara Boku wa H ga Dekinai! (So, I can't be dirty!) is also getting animated. According to descriptions: Ryosuke is the top sleezeball in school, but he makes a contract with the beautiful death goddess Lisala (Risala? Lisara? Take your pick for the moment...) in which she lives with him, but he can't be his normal pervy self around any girls. Unfortunately, this arrangement is not quite what he had in mind... Feel is apparently doing the animation. It has 8 volumes being serialized by Monthly Dragon Age. Source directly from CR news, http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2011/12/27/dakara-boku-wa-h-ga-dekinai-light-novel-anime-green-lit#comments Tbh, Dakara Boku wa H ga Dekinai! feels like High School DxD. Again, not sure when either of these series will debut. I'm going to assume that it may be sometimes during Winter 2012. |

Keep in mind the count already stands at 22. Regarding your other comment, you should find this of interest: Updates to the initial message in this topic: Added link to ANN article confirming Accel World as two cour series. |

I'm going to assume that it may be sometimes during Winter 2012. kyoani is doing chyynibyou and since their doing hyoka which is likely to air in spring it probably will air in winter 2012/13 and dakara is likely to air either in spring or summer given the studio has already been confirmed. |

It appears the count will be up to 23 when I update the initial message again late tonight:
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2011/12/28/acchi-kocchi-to-air-in-spring-2011-staff-revealed I would do it now, but it is getting close to time for work, and there is always the chance of an additional announcement during the day. |

Eureka Seven: Astral Ocean sounds interesting. I'd like to hear more about it though. Since Eureka Seven is on Crunchyroll, odds are good we'll probably get AO here too(I'll have to try to finish the original before April).
Upotte looks like a Funico slam dunk if there ever was one. |

Hope Saki will have a second season soon. Can't wait for Kuroko no Basuke, the manga was amazing it reminded me of "I'LL (GENERATION BASKET)". Another amazing Basketball Manga.
Eureka Seven seems to be pretty interesting, wonder would the old characters appear in the Sequel too? Sankarea and Accel World hmm might give it a chance. Another is having an extra? O.o Awesome XD |

Deen doing Sankarea? That just made it go down on my priority list.
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2012/01/06-1/eureka-seven-ao-anime-staff-listed Seeing the character designer from OreImo makes me anticipate this more as well as a guy that worked on Escaflowne and Cowboy Bebop being on the mecha design team. |

Updates to the initial message in this topic:
Added information on Hyoka from Kyoto Animation. Also, there is a FAKE Summer 2012 chart floating around now. This one is a bit better than the typical fake charts, as they made certain to salt it with the few actual confirmed summer series, and a few plausibles (i.e., series known to be coming, but not yet with a set premiere season). Fansub Wiki currently lists only 6 series for Summer 2012, and Countdown only 5, so if you see any chart that lists a 20 series, it should set your fake detector off regardless of how convincing it might first appear. |
