The victim will be able to take it at first, but everyone has their own breaking point. Relationships are built up around trust, and if there is no trust, there is no relationship.

OK, I admit a little possessiveness is cute, but if he's too possessive...that's pretty scary. He should relax 'cause I picked him out from all the rest. Jealousy is so not cool... I'm entitled to male friends too, specially when I've known them longer than him.

Just the thought is rather frightening since I hate to be violent under any circumstance. Mostly because I was pretty aggressive till I was 19. Let's not take this to an extreme case lol. On a scale of 1-10 the guy would: 10 - kill wife 9 - kill object of jealousy (i.e. other men) 8 - cheat/beat wife 7 - verbal abuse (one sided shouting) 6 - break stuff 5 - just hit walls 4 - call your mum to tell on you 3 - take it on your pet by making it like him more 2 - play around with your stuff 1 - sulk on his own I'm 1. Like I said, I'm aware, so I'd just shut myself in. I've been possessive with my pets and toys as a kid and in time came to fully understand that the outcome is always bad, for me at least.
