being in the military isnt all about the war and killing people. you techically do wat career choice you want like a computer techincian, firefigher, police officer, even chef its just that you work for the military instead of normal business.
i was planning on joining the njrotc at the highschool im going to and after that maybe just maybe i might wanna try to go to annapolis(naval acadamy), join the navy , or join the marines.

I wish I can join but the circumstances prevent me from doing so, which sucks. I can only work as a contractor on Navy Base, which is close thing I'll get to serve in military.

I thought about it for a while. There was a school called Massachusetts Maritime Academy that said they would accept me. Apparently if you have a college degree, then you can enlist in the military as an officer. I was thinking about joining to become part of the medical field and work with medications. I'm kind of leaning back and forth.

Joining an army implies giving your consent for SOMEONE to tell you to go and kill another person (who, the same as you, joined some army) because SOMEONE told you to. If nobody joined armies, there would be no wars, as simple as that.

as a child i grew up in a military base as my dad was a marine. i had such good friends and alot of dependeble people. but as a profession, i would not want to join the military (even if my username says otherwise). i knew i draw bad, but i want ot be a mangaka when i grow up.
