yep, military interest me. FYI to you people, wars also contributed to the advancement of our science. military science, too also contributed not only to war but also to the society. anyways, where do you thing internet started? isn't it a former technology developed by american military? also, i think its the very right of a govt. to strengthen their own military or they would be sorry in the end. still, military is interesting, from the lower tech gunpowder weapons, to powersuits to lasers. yeah, one of the most interesting things in the world, and that is the military.

without military i doubt of the world's advancement in terms of science. probably we would still be stuck in the middle age with still swords and sticks.

scientists advanced our technology, not silly people with guns.

ohohoho, you're wrong there buddy, true that scientist do contribute a lot. but where does most of those scientist work go? isn't it the military? where does those scientist get their money for their research, without some organization or a govt. that backs them up they could not come up with such promising inventions but only theories. true that the scientist does the work, however the military which is supported by the govt. in short, the military too is responsible for making some of those technologies possible through their support of those scientist who did the job. i am not saying that the military is the one responsible for all of the advancement of our science, but i am saying that the military too "contributed" to the advancement of our science. you get the point? i said "contributed" not "responsible".

no its not in the military, its in the obvious health care D: and any contributions the miliary find usefull are usualy not.
they turned einsteins e=mc2 into total destruction whilst intelligent people used the knowledge to power citys.

i'm seriously considering enlisting, and i'd probably go with the marines too. they're the best of the best.

both my fathers were in the marines and hated it, one of whom served tours in vietnam, but i'm still considering joining.
