I thought Princess Mononoke had an excellent dub and it was well adapted for a western audience.

I almost exclusively watch subs, but I enjoy watching the dubbed version afterwards if there is one.

I thought that Haruhi was very good dubbed. So was Death Note (I didn't finish it, but from the 18 episodes I watched the voice acting was very good). Lucky Star was enjoyable as well.

Also, not english, but the German dub of Azumanga Daioh is excellent. I really enjoyed it. The names where pronounced so much better too haha.

like most of you guys. I would mostly watch subs that are on Crunchyroll.

Only time I find a promising dub is when the actors "emotionally" convey the characters as if it were a live action series. Among those;

- Wolf's Rain
- Mobile Suit Gundam 00
- Tales of Graces f*
- Tales of Vesperia*
- Fate/stay night (tv) and Unlimited Blade Works (film, 100% of the actors repraised their roles. Thank goodness)
- Fairy Tail

*you're pretty much "dead in the water" if you can't learn to enjoy these VAs. There's no option of dual audio.

Baccano is easily one of the best dubs out there, it's so much more enjoyable to watch when the characters have period-accurate accents. To me the Code Geass dub is nearly perfect, with Nunnally being the obvious exception. I also love Ouran's dub, haters can hate

Some of my favorite ones are:

Haruhi
Dragonball Z
Azumanga Daioh (although it is the one I watched subbed the most)
Full Metal Panic
Evangelion
Digimon
K-ON

In terms of what I watch more I have to say I watch dubbed more. One of the big appeals to anime is the animation and it can be hard to read the subtitles and watch the animation at the same time. I haven't found a dub that I hate yet though. The one thing I don't like about most dubs is the change in dialouge which is better in japanese (espically for DBZ). Azumanga was one I liked because most of the dialouge is almost word for word and even improve on it sometimes.

Full metal panic
Full metal alchemist
Ouran high school host club

I genereally try to avoid english dubs, but I gave ouran and panic a chance and liked them. Full metal alchemist happened to be on Adult Swim one night and it was good too, watched the whole series again in english lol.

Michelle Ruff replaced Kate Higgins as Saber in Unlimited Blade Works due to a Union issue.

Also, about the best dubbed anime. I can't choose a 'best' one but Basilisk is a nice one.
