I feel your pain. v_v

I eat fast food and shit loads of bacon almost every day, and I'm still skinny apart from my biceps.

A terrible illness

But some people have high speed metabolic rates and you shouldn't accuse them of anorexia and be so judgmental. My ribs were showing a little in the gym changing rooms and this girl was like "omg" Bitch. Its called exam stress but she wouldn't know about that since she was a total slacker at school. I just lose interest in food when I'm under a lot of strain but its nowhere near anorexia.

I had it. I dropped from like 160 to 114 in about a year.
It sucks. Skinny does not look healthy unless you ARE healthy. Enough said. -_-

I actually have friend suffering from anorexia right now.

I was clinically categorized as obese at the start of this year..
I did an extreme diet (accdg to other people, not me) along with exercise for a year just to get where i am now. With losing a ton of weight, i developed a faster metabolism. i always had to prove and show people i eat a lot just so they'll shut up. And i do eat a lot not just for show. When i say a lot, it's like at least three full plates of food in one sitting per meal -__-

My dilemma aside, anorexia and bulimia are serious issues. More than physical, they affect mental health more than anything. I don't think telling someone straight up with those conditions will work, it often backfires. you gotta be sneaky because they're extremely sensitive. What some people fail to understand is that the people with these conditions are very fearful for their lives too, they are just too confused about a lot of things.

I am actually in struggling to recover from anorexia right now. I am seeing a dietitian and a counselor. It is awful... I'm glad I started treatment when I did, because I could have died if I kept up the way I was eating and exercising. Unfortunately, anime, one of the things in my life that I enjoy the most, was partly the cause of my anorexia.

I'd see the characters, all so cute and unrealistically skinny, and I'd want to be like them.

I still have a hard time watching anime. When I see the characters, I feel fat. I feel like I don't deserve to watch anime. I'd love to cosplay someday. But I feel like I'm not skinny enough. For awhile when I first started treatment, I did not watch anime at all. I didn't listen to any Vocaloid music either (my favorite music). I seriously feel awful right now. I want to cry. Because I've been watching anime, and I feel fat, and I know that I'm suppose to be gaining even more....

I also can't stand seeing skinny people or eating with people who don't eat much. It makes me feel like a pig.

But I love anime. It might sound stupid, but anime and Vocaloid are a REALLY big part of my life. I can't quit. But it is seriously hurting me and I don't know what to do.

People who starve themselves on purpose because they have been bullied, lack self-confidence and/or want attention.

I vote the last one, it seems most friendly.
