People are overreacting. Japan is constantly having very powerful earthquakes that have no impact on Japan itself. This one as well was too distant to have any meaning. Just a few reporters were overly excited to report it to gain attention by leveraging other foolish fears, then other outlets decided maybe it's worth spreading. Basically their eagerness is the same as the troll-motivated people here.

I'm actually here on holiday and was awake at the time - the hotel bed started a'rockin, and not in the good way, then it really started rocking and things fell off the shelf, not knowing if it was going to get better or worse I a'hollared at my room mate (who thought i was rocking his bed as he was sleeping) put on our clothes and took the fire escape to the outside

Then it stopped.... no one else seemed to bat an eyelid, we where the only people outside.

Long story short, things rocked, then i went outside and everything was kay, so don't worry too much.

Then who causes this? Satan?

Noone caused it. The continental plates shifting caused it. You don't need a 2000 year old fairy tale to explain things anymore.

Exactly.

Those spammed GIF's do get a bit annoying...

Wow. Either Poseidon and Zeus really, REALLY hate Japan, or they're being punished for...Uh, I dunno, pearl harbor?

I'll make sure to add them to my nightly sacrifices to Lucifer. Hopefully, at least the anime studios shall be spared!

Thanks for the news as always, Chrome. (Should have been Platinum Mist, Chrome is pretty cheap, and not exactly sturdy. But it's so shiny!)
