The loli crap is what gives anime a bad rep. It's not only loli. It's also shota-con, hentai, ecchi...Or crappy anime in general. But then, have you SEEN Japanese TV outside of anime? It's the weirdest and creepiest programming in any country. And of course some of their laws and rules...Or "social conduct" is also pretty bad. When has anime had a bad rep? And yeah cause Shakesphere, live action films, and etc have nothing that could be considered 'wrong' Again its the story of an anime that counts worth anything. Not to mention who decides the line between what is 'wrong' or 'right'? Don't like a genre don't watch it but also don't turn around and blame it for crashing an entire medium. A lot of anime shows have a bad reputation. School Days for example is one. Eiken would be another that comes to mind. As for the rest, you have no idea what exactly I am referring to. Uh-huh some anime shows a bad rep not all of them and the people that fall for it are idiots in some cases. And as for what you're referring to I may know but to be honest I don't care about it. If the story says it should happen then I want it to happen and not to be worried about 'social taboos'. Just because you don't like something doesn't make it wrong. |

The only one I felt went really extreme other than elfen lied with the limbs, was the gyo tokyo fish attack. Sorry if I got name wrong.
I just felt that was wrong on a lot of levels. Unique story and all, but it's not one I'd rush to see ever again. There's probably more but I've yet to come across it. |

Do you want the stright answer, or do you want me to include the names of some hentis I have see or heard of that are just wrong? As for stright anime I would have to say any anime 4Kides tryed to dub, but the one that heads that list is the first attempt at dubbing One Piece, you all know the version I mean (the 1 Piece of Sh** version)

Another anime I downright hated: Familiar of Zero.
Why the hell does Saito put up with Louise's abusive treatment? Could they have written a more spineless leading man? He just LETS her treat him like shit! |

Sounds like you are perpetuating the stereotype that all anime is like that when it clearly is not. |

That was too close, you were almost a Jill Sandwich.
