well i've only written 3 stories but one of them was over a thousand pages long and it was a fanfic of heaven's lost property and it kinda turned into an existential philosophical thing

I generally write short stories, but I currently have two fanfics in the works and a larger original work that I am working on.

So to answer the question... yes... I write stories.

I personally write stories, I'm aiming to become a writer after school and uni, so yeah, I spend much of my free time creating concepts and ideas.

Do write stories, too. Currently am working on a five-parter, am about 40'000 words of the first part, just at the beginning as you can see.

Do write a lot of poetry and letters to myself (something like a diary I guess?) as well.

The story I'm working on is more to increase my skills as an author, but well it has some potential in its own to be an entertaining story, I guess.

I have a map of the world my story is going to play in as well. http://zmote.deviantart.com/art/World-of-Seyyare-Entire-map-Full-resolution-407205801

Certainly helps writing.

I started thinking I wanted to be a writer when I was 10, because I really loved writing stories for school. So I moved to writing after school and I spent my summers writing like crazy locked up in my room. I was really inspired by Harry Potter and other fantasy books at the time.

I have lots of friends who are actually published authors, and lots of them support me often so I still haven't given up on being an author, but it's grueling work. I haven't sat down and tried to write an original story in about a year. I tried to sit down and write an SNK fanfic but it didn't turn out well. I guess I'm more comfortable writing in my own worlds.

I do a lot of online roleplay writing so that helps me keep up my skills, but I have to actually try and write more frequently now. I try to write in anything, like my diary, at least once a day but I always forget.

I never finished any of my stories especially because when I look back on most of my writing it has a good idea but the story makes no sense. Things just rush through my head to fast and I can't translate my ideas into ideal pages.

I've...well I've been writing stories on fanfiction for the past 3 to 4 years. But back when I started I dropped away from the silly hobby of making Naruto Chats on youtube when I found fanfiction which allowed me to express my more imaginative mind without any restrictions.

Mostly written Naruto stories and crossover stories for Naruto, but I've been expanding to other's like Bleach, One Piece, Kingdom hearts etc etc. Thing is I got a nasty habit of never finishing the stories and having more idea's than I can handle. That's probably why I've got more than one account on that site lol!

But yes, I write stories but, my muse isn't as strong as it once was.
