Indeed I do. I'm infact writing one now which I hope to get published. It's a little out of my comfort zone but I really like the idea.

Several ideas. No motivation to complete them. I have one story that I wrote as a school assignment, but later tried to write continuations as part of a series I developed around the idea. All I have to show for it is the second installment...Nowhere near finished...

im mainly a fantasy writer (very much so inspired by Lord of the rings, warcraft, warhammer, D&D, Fairy tail etc.) the only problem is i get pretty knee deep into the story board and have a lot of lore notes, but i seem to stop short in the middle, with no way of connecting the current event im stuck on with the ending.

I can never finish the stories i write, like i've been working on one called Paralen(thats where my avi if from) for a well over year now and i'm not even a quarter done. I don't think i'm that great of a writer but everyone ive talked to about it(anime lovers or not) said it sounds great. At the school I went to last year all seniors were required to do a big all-year project, and I did it on writing an anime style story.... out of a class of over 300 my project landed in the top 10

Heres a short description, if you want to read it:

It's all in my head, but I'm having problems putting it onto paper, unfortunately. Any tips? I have the 1st book done, but it's rather short. Book 2 will be longer, but I don't want to write TOO much into it.

Basically jot everything that comes to your mind first, don't worry about errors. after the entire story is written out, then go back and edit as you see fit. :)

I like to go for the "story vomit" then clean it up way of doing things. Because If i try to piece it together first...nothing gets finished.

Oh, thank you. I try to do that.. but then I catch myself trying to fix as I go along and I just want to hit myself haha.

I have to stop being such a perfectionist sigh.

If satire is considered a genre, then yes. Tragedy and a slice of life are also one of the genres I mostly write.
