Those are just toys for spoiled kids. If one of my employees, a grown man or woman came into my workplace wearing something like that, I would probably fire or suspend them; for looking like an idiot. Actually, I'd just confiscate it and toss it in the trash.

Ooooh, business owner/manager at 20 with what seems like quite a few employees. You must be very successful. Actually, I'm just guessing that's what you do for a living.

I wouldn't say successful, You can easily be a manager at age 16, and most definitely 18.
