Komodo's do have bacteria, but the real power from their bite comes from their venom glands. (Located in their lower jaw, so scientists didn't think to look there until a few years ago.)
Also, a Komodo's bite doesn't kill, it quickly stuns your body, and knocks you out. (Though, this could kill you eventually.)

For me, seeing as it's the 'most dangerous', and not 'deadliest', I'll have to go with these:

-Humans, for obvious reasons.

-Octopuses, they're got many traits that let them hunt almost anything in the sea.
Powerful venom, amazing camouflage, amazing rate of growth, they care for their young, are ridiculously intelligent, and fast learners.
Not to mention their ink, and mimicry..
If they continue on their evolutionary path, they could become quite a dominant species.

Black mambas are fast, nervous, lethally venomous, and when threatened, highly aggressive.

It has a reputation for being aggressive and highly venomous: herpetologists have cited this species as both the world's deadliest and most aggressive, noting its tendency to attack without provocation.

Mosquitoes. Some of them transmit dengue or malaria.

There are many deadly animals in and around marine reefs - for example: Textile Cone Shell Snails, A.K.A. "Cigarette Snails" because they say that is about how long you have left after being stung by one (just enough time to smoke a cig before you die).

What if the mosquito had the blood of a person that carries AIDs?
