With aid yes. I know of someone who is severely handicap and he has a computer that helps him communicate through movements of his eyes on a monitor screen. If he looks at a certain spot on his wheelchair monitor what ever is programmed to that spot will speak for him. Now with that said maybe use that technology but more sophisticated and hook up neurotransmitters to 2 peoples heads and their thoughts can be transferred via transmitters. Soon after there could possibly just be an implant that will do it for them instead of physically being connected.
