I haven't

Seriously, if it was that easy to resist sleep in a comfortable bed with your eyes closed, we'd absolutely NEVER have people sleeping while driving.

I'd probably just fall asleep before it happened. I'll try it every now and again, though.

Lucid dreaming is quite simply, incredibly cool.

Frankly, though, I consider the technique listed to be a bit of a pain in the butt. Going lucid is tricky, and for most people it requires you to be consistent in your practice. Stage 1 is developing excellent dream recall -- this part is easy but you do need to focus on it every day.

The second stage has to do with implanting suggestions in your mind before you go to sleep.

There are a couple more stages past that to get to the point where you are truly lucid (the definition of lucid in this context is being able to exert conscious control over yourself in your dream -- that is, you are actively participating in the dream instead of it just happening to you). You have to be consistent, but to me, it's really worth it.

I actually sleep like this every night. Idk why, but I tend to twitch a little when I start to fall asleep. O.o

I look up, only 20% of people have one incident every month, and I have these every night, in fact I can only dream like that....not good?

I've done this naturally without knowing what it was called before. Very scary at first, but eventually it becomes fun.

I've done this at least 30 times, but that's nothing compared to my old teacher who has done it everyday for the past 15 years. He says he regrets lucid dreaming at times because since he's so accustomed to it, he's unable have a normal dream. I'm naive, so I'm all for lucid dreaming because you wake up incredibly refreshed and if mastered, you can practice a skill in your dream.
Some tips for beginners:
There are other techniques to get into a lucid state (Ex: WILD, DILD).
Eat a banana will help you become lucid because of the potassium.
When you actually get lucid, chances are you'll become excited and thus waking yourself up. To combat this, you must spin yourself around until you're dizzy.
GOOD LUCK. :]
