Been doing it frequently the past year.
It's been getting more intense every time.
I started off with small control, flying, things like that.
Then slowly went up to now, creating buildings, skies, stars.
I sound crazy, but it's amazing.

I've been able to control much of my dreams for the past few years. I've been able to continue off dreams from previous days or weeks, it ends up turning into pretty epic adventures. The only trick to the whole thing is realizing you're dreaming and being able to balance on the edge of consciousness and that specific sleep state.

The closest I'v ever been to a dream was a dream that I was on top of a volcano. I remember thinking, "hey, there's no way I would be on top of a volcano. I must be dreaming :O". Then I woke up :/

Sleep paralysis is some crazy stuff!!! I used to think I was dying as a teenager and while I was in that state I could not control my dreams!
But since I've always had sleep problems I think that's the reason I have a lot of lucid dreaming because I don't think I get deep enough into certain sleep cycles.

Most of my lucid dreams involved money, or stuff like my mother buying me Borders Book Store, etc. The most annoying ones are the ones where I dream I wake up, shower, get dressed, have realistic boring conversations with my family, and then wake up!! Its like dang, didn't I just do all that crap. And I have some control over my pervy dreams, which can be really fun

I can wake up, get up and pee, and come back and finish my dream. But to anyone else who can do this, have you noticed they always tend to turn more nightmarish each time you wake up and get back in it? And even though you have some measure of control in the dream you can't shake the scary atmosphere.

It's not something I've done on purpose. I wouldn't try that sleep paralysis stuff either, because I couldn't control my dreams in my state. You can't control anything and feel trapped in your body. You can't call for help and it sometimes feel like you're dying because you're trying to fight to either wake up or go back to sleep.

Why don't you try setting an alarm like once an hour or two. You may get lucky and it'll go off at the right time during a dream and when you wake up it's going to be on the edge of your unconscious mind, and while thinking about it, you may get lucky and it'll continue. Getting your dreams to continue I imagine it'd be like a first step.

And I know the alarm thing worked for me, and it wasn't intentional. I had my alarm go off ever 1-2 hours on purpose back then, and it happened more frequently during that time.

I want to try it, but I'm kind of scared, too. -_- So, if I open my eyes..I'll see sounds and hear colors? Or what? I'll get high, pretty much?

This should not be attempted by people whom suffer from paranoid tendencies or anxiety issues.
I did this once... scariest shit I've ever done!
Seriously, I became so paranoid that I couldn't close my eyes or go to sleep. Every time I tried the paranoia returned with a vengeance and I felt like throwing up. I was shaking from the inside and I had to stay up all night because if I closed my eyes I could no longer tell reality from dream.
My friend, who also tried it, said it was like being on meth (and she knows)

If you want to try I'm not going to stop you, it is harmless but freaky!

oh,i do that....in a different way though

when i fall asleep,i dream and all.....and when i wake up,i don't move. the best thing is; you're dreaming the same dream as when you were ACTUALLY sleeping, but you can edit the 'scenes' on your own will. it's like watching a movie but as a dream and in your sleep. doesn't happen often though, and dunno if you'd call it a lucid dream but i think this way, though almost impossible,is awesome in it's own way~

Multiple times. Unintentionally though. Can't remember anything from it until months later.

Is it like being incredibly wayyyyyyyyyyy too high? I don't smoke anymore but I remember my last time I literally couldn't tell if I was dreaming or if I was in reality... and it was scary because it lasted 3 hours.

edit: also I was kind of incapacitated because I didn't have really any mobility.
