No response yet. Premium members get priority but I guess we can reply to the auto-notification email to bump us up the queue.

Still it would be nice if the admin left a message saying something like "we are aware of the problem" since we seem to be being some what ignored.

I agree and feel the same way. There is probably a ton of other people in the same situation but don't know to check the forums. It would be nice to have some notification.

Same problem here. Canada.
I also got a 2-week trial premium, and used that with the same payment credentials, and it worked fine.

So it just seems to be the 30 day trial. Is this the same one for everyone? The one you get in a pm for being a premium member in the past (or something like that).

Note: I also have no response to the support ticket but I think coldkick is more likely to get a response as he filed it under billing which they say they will always try to answer.

Ok, I've also now sent this as a bug report (I've assumed it's a bug and that we're not just disliked) using the bug report system rather than the help system. I'll reply if I get any response,

I've looked at other forum topics and the admins seemed pretty active in those so its entirely possible that a) They has no Idea whats going on b) their rather busy or c) we ARE being ignored. I'm hoping its b myself but I've seen several companies ignore thier customers when it suited them. Still stay optimistic

Unfortunately there's probably little most moderators can do with this problem as it's based around the actual core workings of CR.

What would be nice is if they recognized that we were here in some way. Even if they say they currently can't help (either because they don't know what the problem is, it's intentional (which I doubt), or they need someone with more power) it'd be better than sitting here alone not knowing if anyone is doing anything about this.

I am sort of glad it's not just me that has this problem though.

I wasnt trying to imply we were being ignored, just that you'd expect a little communication from a site who you may eventually give your money to.

No response yet, I understand that they take priority for Premium Members, but what about people who want to be Premium Members? Oh well, I'm sure we'll get a response sooner or later
