Naruto will awaken his Rinnegan - heres why

i believe sasuke will get the rinnegan and here is why the release of the sharrigan is emotional based he unlocked the sharrigan for the first time when he thought haku was going to kill naruto. when he was fighting itachi who at the time he hated he got the ms.

Naruto can possibly awaken a rinnegan, but given his character I don't believe he will or even want to have a rinnegan. It is important to remember that when discussing rikudo sennin's techniques and all that in order to possess any of them you have to have the genetics from both the Senju and Uchiha lines and their various tributary families. If you consider that Naruto's father comes from Senju stock and Naruto's mom was brought to Konoha specifically for her abilities as an Uzumaki (an offshoot of Uchiha bloodline) then we see that not only did Naruto already have a leg up as a jinchuriki but he also possesses the complete rikudo sennin genetics naturally without having to implant as Madara/Tobi did with Hashirama's cells in order to allow him use of the Rinnegan. (Remember also that Danzo's tsukiyomi (from the Sage's creation ability) required him to implant Hashirama's cells as well as the Uchiha sharingan.) I'm not sure how Nagato ended up with the Rinnegan but he was an Uzumaki/Uchiha offshoot and must have somehow gotten a Senju mix although Madara/Tobi does mention that he was the one who gave Nagato the Rinnegan, and most of what he says has some truth to it. Anyway... Naruto is the 4th Sage of the Six Paths. He was predispositioned for it genetically, he trained in Sage jutsu which allows him more fine tuned control of chakra, and with the addition of Kurama's chakra his abilities evolved even further to Sage of the Six Paths status although who's to know what that will eventually entail, Rinnegan or not. One thing we can say for sure is that the Rinnegan is a useful aid in becoming a Sage of the Six Paths but is not necessarily the only way.

Minato never decended from the Senju, he's a Namekaze.
Kushina is an Uzumaki, Uzumaki is a cousin clan to only the Senju.

therefore Naruto has no connection to the Uchiha via blood or DNA.

based on the story Nagato was given the Rinnegan by Tobi, and somehow Madara knew about the eye being giving to Nagato, this means Madara planned it that way, most likely it's Madara's actual eyes that where giving.

the Rinnegan appears to be an evoled form of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan based on whats shown.

what Naruto needs inorder to aquire the Rinnegan is for himself to aquire Uchiha Clan DNA.

also another reason why Naruto can't be related to the Uchiha is because he's always had a weakness for Genjutsu and was never able to preform them, in order to be even related to the Uchiha means he would have been good enough to use Genjutsu, infact he can't even use the Basic Clone Jutsu which is a E-rank Genjutsu, yet he can use Shadow Clones an A-rank Ninjutsu, Naruto is a Phyisical based Ninja similiar to the Senju, Sasuke is a Mental based Ninja and due to the use of Karin to regenerate his wounds he might actually possess the requirements to awaken the Rinnegan due to Karin being an Uzumaki. the only way I can see that Naruto might aquire the Rinnegan is if the Biju's combined creates the Jubi within Naruto and through that he somehow awakens the Rinnegan, though it doesn't suit Naruto, the final fight might be Sasuke(Rinnegan) vs Naruto(Jubi) the ultimate powers of the Mental and Phyisical realms of the Sage going against each other or they will work together against Madara who finds a way to maintain his existance after the Edo Tensai is dropped.

also if the Uzumaki was really an offshot of the Uchiha then Tsunade would have awakened the Rinnegan along time ago due to possessing both Senju and Uzumaki blood thanks to her grandparents Hisharama Senju and Mito Uzumaki.

guys ive got a theory remember when sasuke got the ems after transplanting itachis eyes wat if itachi dies again and then sasuke transplants itachis eyes in himself maybe he can then acquire rinnegan as rinnegan is a succesor of the sharingan

I think wat happens in d story is......actually sage of 6 paths sealed 10 tails fox in side him....after dat he distributes power among his sons...uchiha and senju , after observing eye of 10 tail I can tell dat uchiha got powers of kyubi...while. senju got powers of sage of 6 paths...naruto belongs to senju so.i think naruto gets rinnegan and power of sage of 6 paths...

Theory why naruto is senju------- ...... actually...my theory is...dat naruto's mother belongs to senju and his father belongs to uzumaki...so naruto possesses powers of both uzumaki and senju.....as i mentioned... uchiha got traits of kyubi while senju got traits of sage of 6 paths....... so i think naruto gets powers of sage of 6 paths....

Theory why kushina uzumaki is senju ----------- mito uzumaki is d first jinchuriki....she sealed 9tailed beast inside naruto's mother because she is one of the clansmen ...........and by seeing the colour of her hair...........

While its true that the first Uchiha had a Rinnegan, but Nagato had one and he's from the Uzumaki(Senju) clan.

If you remember correctly, Madara claimed that he was the one who gave Nagato his eyes, he said that a little bit before he reveals that he was an Uzumaki.

Madara gave nagato his original eyes before he died. That is why he only had one eye when he meets obito. This is also why there is a sharingan collection. Naruto will likely not unlock the rinnengan, because it does belong to the uchiha

Theres a couple of reasons why I agree that naruto will someday unlock the rinnegan:

First point is tobi said during his battle against konan that the rinnegan was his and he gave it to nagato when he was pretending to be madara, but during the series they mention a few times that madara battled with the first to get his power, at first I assumed this was his cells/wood jutsu - I think he only considered the rinnegan his, only because he won it as a spoil from the battle. Now I think It was for his rinnegan that he knew the first had, the reason for him wanting it must be because of what was written on the secret rikoudou sennin tablet in the uchiha village, the one that only shows information if you have strong eyes.

More evidence would be that he gave it to an uzumaki clan member rather than giving it to an uchiha, who, if you think of it as an uchiha ability - would be able to develop it better with that logic. He knew that nagato would be able to use it properly, and so he could use him as a pawn if it was needed. all of which have massive amounts of chakra and are able to control the tailed beasts easier ( like kushina who possessed this ability, also naruto's mother).

If you go back to the tale of the two sons of the sage of the 6 paths that tobi tells, it makes sense that 1 received the rinnegan and ruled with the power of love or whatever, and the other brother got the sharingan and ruled with power. uchiha are the descendants of 1 brother we know that much, but its made pretty obvious that the uzumaki clan(closely tied to the senju, or originally part of it) are the descendants of the other brother with love power. it would make sense for them to inherit the rinnegan. both the uchiha and the senju were bitter rivals before the age of the first and madara forming konoha, you could prob assume that this had continued since the death of the sage of the 6 paths, and the rivalry stemmed from the fight over who would have the right to rule.

they made it pretty clear in the manga that both the power of the uchiha and the senju are needed for the eye of the moon plan, and you even see tobi with both the sharingan and the rinnegan... if the rinnegan was the evolved version of the mangekyou sharingan, then wouldn't he be using both of the rinnegan that he got from nagato? instead he uses 1 of each...I think this makes it pretty clear this ability belongs to the senju/uzumaki clan. the moon is supposedly the body of the monster, which the sennin sealed as the moon. His power was split between the brothers./his sons. if you go by this the rinnegan is a power of the other brother and not the uchiha brother.

more signs is the sign on the back of konoha ninja is a spiral, like the eye - the symbol that is the symbol of the whirlpool village, which the uzumaki clan used to rule. the clan that nagato is also from. Konoha also wear it as a sign of friendship to the whirlpool village, even though it's been destroyed. it'd make sense if the symbol of the village was the symbol of the power of the original leader.

even naruto's new form with the 9 tales chakra looks like the rikoudou sennin in the pictures earlier on. with the yin yang symbols around his neck and the cloak. killer bee doesn't have this ability I think because he is not a direct descendant of the sage, while naruto is.

They say a few times i think that the rinnegan is the final form of the sharingan, but I take everything tobi says with a pinch of salt, since he's basically lied about his identity all the way through the manga, he's prob twisted the truth about the eyes as well.

also - the sharingan allows the user to use very high genjutsu, amaratsu/fire techniques, susana'o(or however you spell it), and space/time ninjutsu . Nagato possessed none of these abilities. all were Life/death, gravitational, summoning, the ability to use all 5 elements, and the ability to link the eyes of his "clones" - all of which use large amounts of chakra to utlitise, which ties in the the younger brother obtaining the "body" of the sennin. It doesn't make any sense that you would possess eyes at a higher level than a mangekyou sharingan and not use genjutsu, you would gain power, not lose it. a lot of the senju/uzumaki are skilled with clones and summoning techniques. (thinking naruto, kakashi, jiraiya, tsunade, the third - most of these can also use the shadow clone technique apart from tsunade, naruto with the strongest ability with these since he is directly related to an uzumaki clan member- a clan member who was particularly special as she was selected as a jinchuuriki.).

ANOTHER thing, if you look at the senju symbol it even looks a bit like a set of rinnegan, mix it with the uzumaki symbol and it'd look just like it. http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Senju_clan

either way the manga is amazing at the moment and dying to find out what's really up!
