I like Bakuman. Not only is it entertaining, but you get some behind the scenes stuff too. I don't know if the competition is as fierce as that though.

I'd have to choose between either Naruto or One Piece. I like Naruto cause it was the first manga i read, and it is funny and has some cool fighting scenes. I like One Piece because the manga is just HILARIOUS and the story is just great. I can't really choose between the two though.
