Bringing down a website for a while has a big impact, why?, TIME. Even for 1 sec. of a website being down you can already tinker with it or damage it, doesn't really matter what you want to do with it though. Viva La Revolucion.

That's hilarious that Anon is coming to the rescue of MegaUpload. What makes it even better is that government security is so bad that a DDoS can cripple them! Can you imagine if Chinese hackers got pissed and went on a rampage? LOL

PS. It really would be in the government's interest to at least upgrade their systems to Windows VISTA for God's sake. 2003 Server and Windows XP are.....OUT OF DATE.

coz Anon use MegaUpload and Megaporn also......

Though you would think both Department of Justice and the FBI would have better security when it comes to preventing such things. Oh well.

They didn't breach security, so technically it wasn't cracking. They just spontaneously increased the website's influx making the servers crash.

Thanks. I guess these old eyes are just blind but I was sure that it had disappeared from the news feed.

Anon may have shut down the DoJ . . . but they didn't DO anything. Find a way to implement change that addresses all the needs of both sides and that would be a real accomplishment. Good Luck!
